Win/So female hip hop artist, Medusa, had her song “Cali Frame” featured in the new movie Liberal Arts from writer/director/actor of HappyThankYouMorePlease and star on CBS’s How I Met Your Mother, Josh Radnor.
Los Angeles-based underground hip-hop vocalist, with a solo EP and a number of appearances elsewhere. She is also the lead vocalist in the group “Feline Science”. Starting off MCing as a 16 year old pop-locker, now dubbed “the Angela Davis of hip-hop”, Medusa continues to cultivate hip-hop seeds across the country in unprecedented numbers.
Liberal Arts tells the story of “when thirty-something Jesse is invited back to his alma mater, he falls for a young 19-year-old college student and is faced with the powerful attraction that springs up between them.” Recently, “IFC Films has acquired North American rights to Josh Radnor’s Liberal Arts for a seven-figure sum. The film drew a positive reaction from viewers and buyers after its world premiere Sunday night at the Eccles Theatre.
